is when I feel like it, probably when I go Uni.
enjoy

#43 Well it's been fucking ages tbh
Since I bothered to write a blog, and yeah, I know, I bet some of you have gone stir crazy since you've had none of my musings to ponder upon.
That'd be me, if I had a huge ego, and well, it's getting halfway there :P
So yeah, summer was pro, next episode-ing it up etc, and I haven't really found/made the time to write a blog, and I'm not gonna apologise, since I know that whether or not I write this blog really doesn't affect anyone profoundly (baww), it's more for my own benefit really.
I didn't do too badly in my A-levels, got AC, and I'm at West Herts for a year now doing an IT Practitioners Btec, had like a week (a week at west herts being 2.5 days, since that's all I have to go in), and it seems ok so far, nothing taxing. On the subject of institutionalised learning, I also seem to be loosing contact with friends like a bad rash (yeah, that makes sense :s), I mean, I haven't seen any of my friends from Queens since....well, since June, when school finished. I guess the only reason I did see them was because I was there everyday etc, figures I guess. And now people have gone off to Uni and whatnot, and I probably won't see them for a good year or so, by whichpoint they'll have forgotten all their old school friends and won't care or whatever, so it's an odd time to be not going off to Uni. Now that I think about it, I probably could have easily pwned 3 A-levels and got AAC or something, and I could be off to Uni already or in the next couple of days, but you know me, if I don't have to push myself, I won't lol, and my mum seems pretty down with me doing a year of college, so its all good. Tbh, I don't even know what I really want to do at Uni yet, or after, so maybe its better after all for me having a year out (well not out, but yeah).
During the summer, I went to Craig's house, and I d/lded so much Tv while I was there, I got;
Speaking of which, I should prolly go watch some.
Peace out people!

- Dollhouse Season One (Bloody worth watching if you're a sci-fi or Wendon fan)
- Farscape Season 1-4 and The Peacekeeper Wars (Wath them, now)
- Legend of the Seeker Season One, cause I had to have some fantasy in there with all that sci-fi
- (A Town Called)Eureka Season 1-2
Speaking of which, I should prolly go watch some.
Peace out people!

#42, well really a re-done #41, but you know what I mean, and it makes it seem like I have more entries =p
Hej Hej!
So as some of you may, or may not know, I've been in Sweden for the last week or so. And I'm due a blog, so I thought I'd combine the two =]
So I flew out on 10th, at some ridiculously early getting up required time of like half four for my flight at 7am. Managed to sit next to some ok people on the flight, which was full, had the obligatory screaming kid 3 rows ahead, thank god for skullcandys!
Arrived at about 10am, like quarter past with getting bags and stuff, and strolled into arrivals, to see my trenchcoat-clad, and inexplicably smiling (we thought we were gonna have trouble recognising one another :P) very good friend indeed, Estrid =]
Just kinda as a side note, I'd decided to go to Sweden because me and Estrid have been talking for about 4+ years now (we met through her cousin Sigrid, who is never on msn anymore :p and likes to make tea from grass and sugar apparently, and also a big hey if she ever comes across this! It also is apparent to me that I can't remember how me and Sigrid first started talking, so god knows how it all started lol)
So I get a quick tour of Lund in the rain, as we're walking to the other bus stop.
Another side note, Lund is a frikking awesome city, made out of a mix of new and old (and we're talking very old) buildings, some huge fuckoff amazing cathedral, which incidentally has a very cool crypt, and some crazy clock which just plain pwns, I'll try to find a pic of the clock so you guys can see how pwn it is (Swedish people who are reading this, I know you've probably already seen it, but bear with me for those who haven't)
Lund also has this really cool little (I say little, it goes back inside forever) coffee shop just round the corner from the Cathedral, I can't remember the name, but I'm sure Estrid does. It's got a really student/bohemian feel to it, and is apparently really popular when the University is in session, which I can imagine really, as it's a really relaxed atmosphere, where someone could easily sit all day and do work or whatever.
And now to dispel/reinforce some popular myths.
I got up to a lot of fun stuff while I was there, and it was nice to be outside a lot for a change, Estrid and I spent a lot of money on disposable bbqs, and marshmellows lol.
As yet another side note, Emil's apartment was fantastic, with it's projector tv, and awesome home network, and just general coolness. It was like, this cool:

I also met some amazing people while I was there, people now firmly affixed as friends in my opinion, people all most definitely welcome to stay if they ever want to come to England (if I have room of course :P), and if any of you are ever in London, do tell me, I can find us some fun stuff to do =]
But, yeah, Sweden has made rather a lasting impression on me, so expect me back there soon. And I'm thinking about perhaps working for 6months (probably the back six of 2010) and then maybe moving to Sweden for 6+ months. But I'd really had to have learnt Swedish by then lol
Ok, so that's pretty much it I think, if people can think of anything I've missed out, do tell.
Hope you're all well etc
Miss you guys!

- Everything is really expensive in Sweden - False, people just assume that because they have high (30%) tax, in actual fact, public services like buses and trains become much cheaper, and the difference on other things is hardly noticeable
- That most girls in Sweden are hot - True! It was nice to see so many beautiful people :P

#40 All done for the summer
I would have written this yesturday after I got in, but my stepdad was being a douchebag and wouldn't let me on my computer, so yeah, back to the topic at hand.
So I finally had my last exam yesturday, and I know I only had all of them over the course of like three weeks, but it seemed like forever or whatnot.
My timetable had me finish off with English Literature, which was the longest of the ones I had to do, at two and a half hours. I think it went ok, it seemed to, but we'll have to wait and see I guess, results day is on like the 20th of August or something.
So up untill then I've basically got loads of time to chill, espically over the next week, since the stepdouche will be at work and stuff, and I'm planning to spend it playing wow and ps3 and shiz like that.
Oh, and an awesome note, my Transformers dvds I ordered came, got all the original seasons now, and I'm like on disc two on season one atm. Original 1980's series btw (generation one and two I think), not any of that new crappy shit like Armada or Beast Wars, I'll find a relevant picture for you all so you know what series I mean.
And tonight I'm gonna go see The Revenge of The Fallen with Marco, Fletch and Joe. At lakeside of course, because the seats there are HUGE and very comfy indeed. To be quite honest, my hopes for the film arn't that high, I mean, there's not much you can do wrong with Transformers.
Also, my online banking seems to be broken, it just sits there loading forever and not showing me how much money I don't have, which is rather annoying since I'm gonna have to pay Marco back for booking my ticket yesturday.
So yeah, this is gonna be a short one since I'm gonna go now and watch some more Transformers and maybe play some more wow.
And I'm gonna have to use a random /b/ picture to reach my average.

SILENCE MISERABLE FLESH-CREATURE!
(A winraar to anyone who can guess who likes to say that, and no google!)

#39 Phil is awesome
For coming to get me at work on Sunday to take me back to his house so that I could watch the Grand Prix.
Fuckin' A, man!
I also started to watch Office Space, (which I had never seen, but recognized bits from Family Guy and other internet memes) but then had to stop 'cause I had to go back to work. So he then proceeded to come and pick me up again after work had finished so I could watch the rest.
so much win!
So yeah, I love Phil atm.
And on the subject of Office Space. Bloody excellent film, you (yes, you) should see it if you haven't already.
The soundtrack is also awesome, gangster rap is very underrated.
Also, damn, just checked my bank balance. I have £83.34, which is not enough tbh, since my flights to Sweden (which I really need to fucking book) are £117.96. So those will have to be done on the 24th when I get paid, by which time, they'll probably have gone up in price.
*sigh*
Oh, and I have an exam tomorrow, which I'm pretty much buggered for, done little to no revision, but I told you me and mediocrity would be back on good terms soon enough :P
And my music styles have changed yet again, back into Death From Above 1979 and (early) MCR, Rage Against The Machine, The Hives and other stuff like that really. My music taste changes so often, I mean, I'll listen to pretty much anything, as long as it's good, and I'll try anything once, but I seem to go through phases of styles and bands that I'll just absolutely whore for. So I guess I'm now back into that sorta raw sounding, more heavy than not guitar and all that. I really don't know what I'm trying to say here tbh, just spouting random crap now that I re-read it.
Oh, and Frank Turner. Thanks James =]
And if I'm remembering correctly, I do believe that Sophie wanted a mention.
Hi *wave*
She gave me a nice hug today (as did Emily), she's been too nice to me lately now that I think about it, since all I'm doing really is sorta wallowing in my own feelings of lowness. Infact, everyone is being far too nice.
I mean, don't stop or anything, It's nice to know that you all care and stuff, and I appreciate it hugely.
I also had a good old chat with Helen today, (my sister, well step-sister really. But I count her as a full one, she's my older sister for those of you who didn't know, her blog is on my list on the right I believe) which was good. Fun times in the summer are incoming!
And I haven't reached my two pictures per blog, so I'm gonna put a random image in from my /b/ folder.

Yeah, that one will do nicely.
Right, that's about it really, got my latest fetish for music transferring to my phone as I type, and I haven't revised at all, and I feel like shit.
Check, check...and check.
Have a good one people

#38 continued
I said I would, so now I have to.
Even though I'm in a pure mood of cba, and I haven't even played WoW yet today.
So last night, when we ordered pizza, we first ordered at tops, and they were closed, but the order still went through. I then later got a phone call on my way home saying that the order had been canceled because they were closed.
Phil earlier on got pizza delivered, so even though the order was canceled they still decided to make and deliver it?!?!?!
Stupid pizza place is stupid.
So that's everyone up to date really I guess.
On the agenda for today is pretty much the usual. I'm gonna play WoW loads, and then maybe do some stuff later on, prolly get high, or going out with Joe and Marco or something.
I think I'd prefer the latter, since I haven't seen Joe in ages. And that makes me sad a little.
Also, I did intend to go and wish Laura well, but due mostly in part to my extreme laziness, that hasn't happened. Sorry =[
I'll come see you soonish or something.
Oh yeah, almost forgot. My step-douche raged me this morning. So I bowled in about 1.45am still pretty high, went to bed. Got him like making the most noise humanly possible this morning while doing I-don't-even-know in my room at like 9am. Like come on, what the actual fuck. So I'm like half awake, and it went down something like this:
*Just so you don't get confused, text with ' around it = me. " = stepdad*
"You come in late last night?"
(I crashed about like a bitch when I came in, I really didn't mean to, I was trying to be all ninja and not be noticed, so there is no way he doesn't know what time I came in)
'Yeah'
"You planning to get up anytime soon?"
(Looks at phone for the time)
'9am? Prolly not, sleeping'
"But it's a nice day"
'It'll still be a nice day when I get up later'
*I actually can't remember what was said here, I think I was drifting back off to sleep*
"something something something"
'something something something'
(stepdad goes out)
Like ARGH
Totally unnecessary beef is totally unnecessary.
Anyway, wow time now, it's like 2.13pm, and dailies need to be done.

#38 My italian grandad is over, and I went out for lunch today, wtf?
So my grandad from italy is over at the moment. Which is really cool, since he makes the best pasta sauce ever, as all italian people do.
So I've been having spaghetti like every day, like loads of spaghetti, so much infact that I'm down to eating one meal a day cause I'm always so full :P

I guess that's a relevant picture.
I also went for lunch today with my grandparents and my mum, was quite good actually, had a really nice stake. To anyone in harrow, 'The Crown' is a well good pub for good food, and cheap too.
At the moment, I'm in Phil Henry's house being well high, just had some pizza that Jake nicely bought for us.
But I'm about gto go 'cause jake is giving me a lift home.
LOVE YOU JAKE
I'll put up a continuation of this blog later on today.
Speak to you later peoples.

#37 I just had a bath
For the first time in years, I can't actually remember the last time I had one.
I had one 'cause I thought it might make me feel better, since I'm into day 4 of this current depressive cycle. I don't really feel any better, I do however, feel oddly clean, and my skin is rather tingly. So the bath has succeeded in shifting my mood slightly, so that's good I guess.
I also had a shave in the bath (more awkward than you can ever imagine with lying down and limited arm movements, sideburns were a bitch to do), and again, for the first time in a long time, (bordering on weeks here, not years) my face is all smooth, also weird. To be honest, face shaving is such a pain, if my facial hair wasn't slightly (and oh ever so slightly) ginger on one side, and not actually growing everywhere (neckbeard for the ultimate loose) I would grow it, mainly through laziness.
I figure this is gonna be a short one, since I'm only writing to inform you that I had a bath :P
Look, a picture of a bath
Not my bath you must understand. Mine is not that nice.
Oh, and I'm in Basingstoke this weekend, so if you don't see me, or are trying to talk to me with no avail. That's where I am. So yeah, I am somewhere here I guess

Right, that's my average of 2 pictures per blog done.
See you all soonish or whatever.

#36 So I figured
I owe you guys a decently long blog. The time is like 5.30 at the moment, and I'm gonna work on this blog for a couple of hours, so expect longitude, not longcat long, but getting there.
Argh, I'm currently craving two things well bad;
1. A donner wrap, this is mainly down to shed munchies, but yeah, I'm having withdrawal symptoms :P
2. Company, I mean, as fun as sitting on my arse all day and play WoW is, and believe me, it is, I'd rather have people or a person to sit here with me, talking optional, as playing WoW and talking to people irl rarely works. Also, preferably female, and attractive, or Joe (not that Joe is female) but me and him can sit for hours doing nothing, but still be having fun.
I feel like I owe an apology to people who read this, because when I started this blog, it was probably assumed that I'd do regular-ish updates, which I did for a while. But recently slacking due to my slight social breakdown caused by all this stuff with my dad, the worst is pretty much over now I guess, I've just got to try and solve inner turmoils and figure it out in my own head for a bit, I'm sure I'll be back to myself eventually :S
So yeah, a sorry to you (and in the spirit of the internets, a cat is fine too)

I'm also having a very Taking Back Sunday month, which pretty much figures to be honest, with everything that is going on, so I've got that playing in the background while I pour a little of myself into this so that people can read it. (And the people that do, you're all pretty cool, my life would probably be much more suck without you)
So yeah, got exams coming up, already did one yesturday. Was a re-retake of my Psychology Unit 2 from this January. I hope I did well, it seemed easy enough, but you never know really. Now I've got three exams to go:
The 9th of June
The 15th, and
The 18th
And for some reason, I'm gonna actually revise this time, I mean, I normally do little to none, and come out ok. But this time, I cba for mediocre for some reason. I mean, me and mediocrity have always been good friends up until now, I dunno what's changed really, I'm sure we'll get along fine again after the exams. (I'm saying all this, and I'll probably still come out with B's or C's lol)
And after that, summer. Got some cool shit planned for then. Getting more piercings, snakebites or scaffold, depending on certain things. Going to see my verygoodfriend Estrid in Sweden for a week. And two weeks at Craig's house getting ridiculous amount of high and playing World Of Warcraft and other such things. (We worked out a trip to Costco is required to stock up beforehand, bulk packs of tobacco and Rizzla being top priority :P) But if we run out of supplies, it's ok because

I also noticed, when looking at my main page of my blog today, that people who jumped on the blogwagon about the same time as myself haven't updated for AGES, consider this a formal challenge to get your asses in gear and write some more. If I can, then so can you :P
I mean, Jake and Matt are on two months and Stephen is on three.
Annnnnnnnnnd now, I'm bored, WoW beckons once again, and I'm tired of typing.
So, *something encouraging or nice here* out there people
=]
Argh, I'm currently craving two things well bad;

The 15th, and
The 18th

#35 Normal is never what I was really aiming for.
And not just because normal is boring, or not 'cool' or whatever.
I'd say that my 'normal' outlook on life is pretty damn dark.
Some people look at the dark and are afraid, I look at darkness, and I feel indifference.
I guess people would say that a dark outlook on life is wierd. I mean, I look at things with a rather squed perspective anyway, much influenced due to reading such things as 'Ghost World' (excellent film/graphic novel btw, well worth watching/reading. Actually, now that I think about it, I think I picked up Ghost World at the library when I was little more than 8, so that could explain a few things) and tv shows like 'Invader Zim'. I mean, I find myself attracted to the darker things in life. But dark isn't always bad, Edward Scissorhands is dark, but it's also enchanting and moving.
If the colour of our souls reflected our natures, I'd say mine would be pretty damn grey.
Taking into account the behaviourist approach to behaviour and beliefs, it would be said that I've learnt this behaviour and belief system from my enviroment, so in fact. I've learnt this from the society I disdain so much.
But...
One particular bone I have to pick with (western)society is that it encourages us all to be individuals, but we already know how that goes, when everyone's special, no-one is. But then it also expects us to be not so much of an individual that it interferes with anything.
So...
Some people argue that we all want to 'fit in', I don't agree, I'd say instead that we all want to belong, and belonging and fitting in are two vastly different things. It would seem though, that some people have a hard time of belonging. Maybe they should form their own communities, but then again, I don't think a society of society hating people would work that much.
So I guess my Utopian vision of society would be the kind of sprawling industrial/metropolis with undertones of a 1984-esque government, in which everyone is either plainly aware of the failings of society, or so lost in the turning the decaying gears of said society that they don't even notice. The buildings would all look rather greywashed, and gothic. So really more of a dystopia than anything else. I guess what I'm grasping at is somewhere between city17 and Equilibruim. But then again, I can't really see myself doing other than what I'm doing now, except people would see what I'm getting at. (also, I'd be part of the anarchist underground movement that overthrows the corrupt totalitarist government, just cause I'm cool like that)
The feeling that you just don't belong in society ebbs away at me quite a lot sometimes. I openly mock those who assert to continue along the meaningless existence that is provided to them by the current social order in place, not because I am jealous, for that seems rather a hypocritical thing to do, being envious of a place in a humanity that I just plain despise?
The thing is, I know exactly what I'm trying to say, but I don't know if you will.
And if you don't, if you think that what I'm saying is utter rubbish, well then, you're excersizing your right to have an opinion, an essential part of your individuality.
But remember, don't take having an individual opinion too far, 'cause you've got to fit in too ;]
Keep safe out there, It's a crazy world.

#34 Tonight is going to be disgusting
Right, So it's my sister's birthday, fair do.
WRONG
Because she has four, yes FOUR friends staying over.
My house is made of screaming and running, srsly

Who on earth thought that this was going to ever be a good idea deserves to be hanged or blown up, or something.
I really really really am NOT looking forward to this evening, when sleepover activities begin, I have no idea what they're gonna be doing, but I'm sure it'll be loud and annoying and drive me to distraction.
Thank GOD they're all sleeping downstairs tonight, otherwise I'd be up with giggling all frakking night.
On a good note however, yesturday I decided on digging out my old gameboy (because I'd found pokémon red while cleaning out my room) and playing some pokémon today at school, I also relocated my pokémon yellow and gold. Playing yellow atm, it's damn good times.
Couldn't manage to find my crystal yet though. But I will.
It will be mine. Oh yes. It will be mine.
(Kudos to who can guess the movie that's from)
Also
Is much welcome here, perhaps they'll all run away or something if he turns up.
*sigh*
Back to the noise, gonna go find my headphones and play some cs:s or something, might even listen to white noise, anything that isn't 11year old screams would be nice.
Keep your houses 11year old girl free people!

#32 Motherfucking April fools
Has been crap this year, the only thing I've actually seen done is that moot has changed the font on 4chan to Comic Sans MS, which to be fair, is damn annoying (+internets for moot). Oh and slashdot running a story that thepiratebay has been bought up by Warner Bros, at least, I hope that one is an April fool's, the world's largest torrent tracker selling out to a huge corperate giant would be super lame.
Also, Emily wanted a mention, and since she specifically asked, she can has one.
Hi Emily!!
Apparently, I'm old, and that dude. Whatever really, I suppose I could be, I think therefore I'm an old waving dude, or however that goes.
But I don't think I really have anything to talk about today, my day at school was rather less than tollerable, as it was way more boring than usual, and I was, and still am really tired, since Sam dropped me back home after movie night at his at 2am. Infact yeah, lets talk about that.
We watched
Firstly, Shark in Venice is fucking lulzworthy, recieving a blockbuster worthy 2.9/10 from IMDB. To be fair, I don't remember many particulars of the film, since I was playing Age of Empires(The 1st one bitches, I know you all envy me :P) and trying to watch at the same time. But yeah, sharks.....and Venice, you don't even need to see it to imagine how fun that film is, oh and treasure too, not that you needed treasure in a film about sharks. But it was a good plot device so that they could include the fucking MAFIA, awesome huh? Shark in Venice, and it's hillariously small Wiki article can be found here, and if you're intrested, tough luck, you can't buy it anywhere casue it sucks so much.
Bender's Game on the other hand, you can buy, becuase it's Futurama and it frakking rawks. I'm not gonna tell you anything about it, cause you need to watch it, it's frakking Futurama. Look, here's a revelant picutre.
Anyway, that's my average of two pictures per blog achieved, and I can't think of anything more I wanna write, so I'll bid you all adieu.
Have a good one people.

#31 Drunk people are funny people
To watch that is. They make me lol.
So yeah, bit of internal conflict atm, since apparently I should 'stop being so bloody self absorbed and learn to cope' and 'get over yourself soonish'.
Oh wait, no there isn't. I'm allowed to take as long as I need over getting to terms with my dad being a child rapist. To whom is it concerned, you have NO fucking idea.
Also, this:

Aaaaaaaaanywho on to more important things.
Like drinking my lemon tea, which is awesome, and listening to Fire and Flames, which just came on on random on my WMP, double awesome. I should be finished by the time the song is done, I mean, it is like 7mins long.
Today is gonna be a good day I'm feeling, when the first song that comes on random is Fire and Flames, that's gotta be a good omen. Also it's most probably going to spent relaxing at home all day, playing EvE, and possibly writing some English coursework (no promises for the 2nd one :P)

Also, to all you stoners out there, myself included, your honour was defended by myself yesterday when it was said:
not stoned or drunken guys, sensible friends who will be there for you
not stoned or drunken guys, sensible friends who will be there for you
To which it was replied, don't you go dumping on stoners, stoners are the best people you will ever meet. Which is a statement I truely believe, no matter what kind of social group your in, there'll be stoners, and we'll chillax, and chat about unimportant nonsense, and people look down on us for being anti-social, when really, a group of stoners is the most social thing you can get, a group of people freely sharing ideas and thoughts in an enviroment where not one person will 'start' on you or call you a dickhead and mean it. And then you look at the rest of the social group, and they'll (for the most part) all be drunk, getting off with random people (which I admit is much funness), being sick (not funness), starting fights, and crying etc etc etc. You get the idea.
And yes I suppose you could say that I'm bias since I'm a stoner, but you are equally as bias because you're practically an alcoholic, and let us not forget, that THC is a much less harmful substance than alcohol, and it's cheaper too!
Not really sure what I was attempting to get at there, something about stoner's honour, cause let's face it. We rock.

Also, dammit, Fire and Flames just finished.

#30 on some more stuff, since I'm sure I've done a blog on stuff before
Long title is looooong, but not as long as longcat:

And yes, that is from from æ, but not a full picture, since that is very longcat indeed. Also, full pictures of longcat failed, he is too long for blogspot to take.
Also, prepare for a random dump from my /b/ folder sometime in this blog, since I'm very bored indeed.
So what's been happening recently you may wonder, well,
school and that obv, very boring and such. Infact, school can go take a dick, I'm doing bare minimum.
But i'd have to say mainly I've been lurking on 4chan way too much. It's come to laughing at stuff that I really shouldn't.
For example, a week or so ago, there was a gore thread (mentioned in #28 I think) with the starting picture being a child's head, and I lol'd, way too much.
I laughed like that child's head was one of the funniest things that I'd ever seen, and no, I'm not ashamed. I am a /b/tard.
Infact, here's our motto:
I've not been doing the following things:
Caring
Washing much
Eating much, or at all
Sleeping
Going to the toilet much (this guy..)
Etc etc etc.
Also, to the one person it may concern, your contact details may be posted on /b/ but then again, you deserve it. Plus, really I'm doing you a favour, you need a new phone.
lol, OP will be WINRAR, you just wait.
Anyway, I'm out

#28 I haven't posted a blog in ages. ALL UNITS... all units
Looking at my blog, I see my last post was the 25th of February. That's fracking ages ago, sorry guys, been rather busy in my defense though.
So yeah, apologies and all that, here's a picture to make up for it. (btw, you laugh, you loose)

So, what's new in my life, well.
I've gone back to EvE, so people I know irl, expect to see a lot less of me outside of school and whatnot, because EvE is amazing fun. Nothing better than spaceships and pirates and stuff. Plus, Jake and I are gonna get interceptors and go fuck up sleepers in wormhole space =]
I got the most awesome pair of shoes ever (imo). A pair of Osiris Bronx in lime green and black. Also, they are seemingly the last pair of that size and colour in existence. I bought them from this board company in America (who don't ship to the UK) and after asking very nicely for them to ship them here, they decided that they could. Anyway, after I bought them off them, they dissapeared off of every other site (in that same size and colour) that I'd seen them on. They were also on sale, so I got them for about the same price (with shipping) if I'd had bought 'em over here. Cool huh?

I've also been spending a sizable portion of my time on 4chan (rules #1 and #2, I know, I know). I don't recommend you go there, unless you are used to the horrors of the internet, cause 4chan has daily gore threads and shit like that. But for me it's not like it used to be (we're talking years ago here), I can laugh at pretty much everything on there now, disgusting I know, but hey, constant exposure leads to indifference, and indifference leads to tolerance, tolerance to acceptance.
Once again, I recommend that you do not go there, now, or ever unless you can honestly say 'I am not offended easily'
Anyway, this one's rather short tbh, but that's cause I'm busy killing space pirates in EvE.
This is me, signing off for now...

#27 On a new album
Of music that is.
I am talking about The Prodigy's new album, Invaders Must Die.
It kicks ass, serious ass.
I think personally that it's taken them back to what they used to be, that's probably helped by the fact that this album features all three of the band members, which is the first time since 1997 or something.
The album as a whole (especially the first few tracks) give you a sense of The Prodigy in their essence, that hardcore in-your-face, skirting the edge of god-knows-what kind of sound. What I particularly like about this album is the way the bass pulls you in instead of throwing you back out (listen to Omen for a real good example of this).
Now yeah, I've always been a huge fan of electronic music, but this album appeals to me in so many ways, the pounding bass (it's a very bass orientated album) and those dirty synth sounds, to name a couple.
I mean, sure, it's got a few ok songs, but I <3 7/11 of the tracks, and it's a very listenable album (although I'm sure Joe would disagree, since he seemingly cannot listen to things I recommend all the way through). it also makes very good driving music, and I would definitely expect to hear Invaders Must Die featured on dancefloors and films alike in the coming year.
I would not however, recommend it to those of you who love the mainstream, Prodigy have stayed true to form, and pumped out 11 tracks of non-conforming, urban disrupting, get your neighbours angry sort of music.
The people I would recommend it for:
So that's my (sorta)review on Invaders Must Die. If I had to give it a mark out of ten, it'd get a 9.
So that is what has been keeping me occupied for the most part this week, and rightly so. Well that, and /b/
So yeah, keep safe out there people
=]
*Here's a funny to keep you going*
You'll have to click for biggerness yourself though.

- People who appreciate good music (no matter the genre)
- People who love their bass
- People who still arn't too old to stick it to the man (30 year olds and above, that's you)
- Prodigy fans (ofc)
- People who love that underground sound
- People who like drum and bass (It's not a drum and bass album, but it has similar lines)
- People who love their electronic music
So that's my (sorta)review on Invaders Must Die. If I had to give it a mark out of ten, it'd get a 9.
So that is what has been keeping me occupied for the most part this week, and rightly so. Well that, and /b/
So yeah, keep safe out there people

#26 On the closing of good times

So this is the last of my days of freedom.
My family return tomorrow morning like super early, and that means no more doing whatever I want, and most importantly, no more internet in the evenings and shit.
Which to be honest is a bit sucky, actually no. It's super sucky. In fact it has so much suck that I'll need a straw, perhaps even two.

I'm actually seriously considering redecorating my room so that I can get it back. And that means I can have a double bed too, so it isn't that bad I guess. Just a monumental amount of effort. I'd have to move all of my stuff out of my room, then do the walls, then let them dry and crap and then buy new stuff and move them back into my room, etc etc etc
See, effort.
And this blog is taking forever to write, watching Bleach at the same time was a very bad idea, but it is awesome.
And Oh My God. I bought a load of noodles from Costco the other day, and I've still got like 22 packets, there is no way that I can even manage to put a dent in that today, I might be able to eat a few though. I've still got like half a pound of tortilla chips and half a litre of salsa too.
I think I may have bought too much food, well, not that it was expensive, being from Costco and all. I suppose that my returning family can have some, but only if they bring me stuff back.
But yeah, a thank you to all those who came to see me.
So thank you Stephen, Matt, Craig, Rory and Jake (who's still here atm)
We did have good times though =]
Anyway, more Bleach to watch.
Lol, pool's closed, amirite?

#25 On not as awesome as I thought
Because there is nothing to do. Well. Not absolutely nothing, but near enough.
My days so far have comprised of getting up to walk the dog, then sleeping some more, possibly eating something at some point. Going on my computer, and then getting to bed about 4am (ish)
But, I have got some very important stuff done. Like watching the entire Third season of Avatar: The last Airbender.

STOP!!!
Don't even go 'omgz avatard fag ololololollolollolololol. i hates teh avartsdsd, he are noob program for teh_n00bs'
Go die if you think that. Or at least, respect me enough to not poo poo things that I love.
Avatar is awesome for me, end of.
And personally, I think that Book 3 is definitely the best.
I have seasons 1 and 2 on dvd, and tbh I think if you know me, you should borrow them off me and watch them, Region 1 though, so you'll have to watch them on your PC.
It's a sort of crossover between cartoon and animé, containing a mix of both the styles. And yeah, it's a Nickelodeon thingy, but remember, Nick is the first (and only) place that did Invader Zim, one of the darkest and best cartoon's I've ever watched.
(A refresher for you all)
Man, I loved that show so much. Gaz was so my favourite character (Dib's little sister), but only 'cause she was so damn angry and could kick anyone's ass. GIR was my second favourite, and probably had the most influence any cartoon character has had on my life.
Actually, that's a very good point, the reason behind my being so not normal is probably because I grew up on stuff like Invader ZIM.
Hmm, I may just start torrenting that now. I feel like I need a really good (and dark) refresher on the crazy world of Jhonen Vasquez.
Actually, wait, Demoniod are hating on my ratio at the moment. I'll have to wait a few days before I can start downloading it.
Right then. Guess it's time for me to go, two screening Weird Science and writing a blog via touch-typing (and subsequently having to check for spelling errors) is starting to piss me off.
Oh, and Weird Science. Epic film, I'd hit it up if I were you.
Keep it real people!

#24 On how this week is gonna be awesome
So, I'm awake, it is like 8am. Which is fail, but my dog needed to be walked, and I couldn't not oblige.
But on the other hand, I am also success, because I have a free house, and ergo, total freedom for the next week or so. For example, yesterday, I went shopping, and guess what I had for breakfast just like 10mins ago?
Fucking Pop Tarts. Oh, and I washed it down with some Coke.
Immense. Lol, I'm such a child.
And I set myself an epic task too, to have leekspin (for those of you don't know what it is, go here: Leekspin) on for the whole time my mum and them lot are away. Not that it's a hard task, Leekspin is fucking epic, and I really don't notice that it's on half the time, but I think that my pc, or the one downstairs will probably restart after a bit, and thus, failing me.
Also, I think a lot of this time is going to æ, it already has tbh. But then again, if you could read a documented account of all lulz in exsistence you probably would too.
Oh, and also, pretty much anyone can come round. I have like no food. But if you do wanna come round, phone me beforehand so I'll know.
=]
Has a fun out there people!!

#23 On why 20metre patch cables do actually have a usefull purpose
Aside from techies hanging themselves on.

I kid of course.

I kid of course.
No suicide.
I said no.
I said no.
Good. Now that's cleared up.
The 20metre patch cable that I am in possession of at this moment in time is extremely useful to my good self because: IT GIVES ME INTERNETS!!!!!!!11one
Now, as some of you know, my stepdad takes it upon himself to seemingly make everyone's life about him a living hell. He accomplishes this by being a douche. And a few months ago, my Internet got taked away since I hadn't decorated my room (I know right?). So for the past few months, I've been internet-less on my gaming pc, and more importantly. I've had no World of Warcraft.
But that all changes. Since when I was at my grandma's house at the weekend, I was going through my stuff, and found that I had a 20metre patch cable!!!! I'm not even bothering to wonder why I had a patch cable lying around, or why it was the ridiclious lenght of twenty metres. It was in some random router box (which didn't have a router in now that I come to think of it, super old school routing. Two pc's, one cable :P).
So yeah, happy ^_^ Oh and I'll have internets for the whole week that my mum and all are going away (which is awesome), cause I might just have to resubscribe to World of Warcraft and nerd it out (18+ hours a day) for the entire week, joy, I can feel the r.s.i already.
But for now, it falls to me to get my pwn back on for the f.p.s that I do have. Be warned CS:S players. teh_digi is coming back, with a fistfull of AWP.
Oh, and I'm ill, which sucks. But I'm sure I can buy some sort of cure from the internets.
Keep safe out there people. And remember
*I stole it, but I don't care*
You shouldn't take life to seriously. You'll never get out alive.

#22 On yuck, cold, wet yuck
Good morning and welcome to the circus of horrors.
On today's agenda:
Snow.
Urgh, I hate the stuff.
I just find it so epically, completely, pure unadulterated, pointlessness. Ok, so yeah, it's fun when you're a kid, when you throw snowballs till your hands go numb etc etc etc. But now, aside from being overly cynical and more grown up, I just find it boring. I'm not really an outdoor person, and ergo, I don't like being outdoors, then plus being cold and wet in weather that is already cold, no, that's not really fun in my opinion.
And yeah, no school, but now that I'm in 6th form, no school doesn't equal no work, there's work that I need to do regardless of my being at school or not.
That, is me. Aside from not being covered in snow, which I'm not. Since I haven't been outside, because it's yucky.
I don't think I'd mind so much if I had the proper clothing. If I had my skiing gear here, it'd be no problem. I could slap on some salopettes and some wellies or something, a ski jacket and gloves, and I'd be laughing.
But this is England we're talking about here. Snow is not normal for us, especially in February. We have rain, lots and lots and lots of rain. I have umbrellas coming out of my fucking ears, and waterproof jackets by the dozen. Well, not dozen, but, a few.
And I'm off now, because the downstairs computer is next to the window, and that means I have to see the snow out of the corner or my eye, and you know how I hate the snow now.
Also, because I'm gonna go play Fallout3, and punch the doctor in Operation Anchorage so that she's tagged as hostile, and everyone there beats her up endlessly.
Fun times.
And a few tips. No driving, period.
And if you do go out, wrap up, you wouldn't want to catch a cold.

#21 On something I've become pretty much obsessed about
And that thing is.
It's a sort of War/Drama thing on TV, we're only up to episode 1 in the UK at the moment. The States is finished, there are 7 episodes in total at about an hour each.
To be fair, I really don't know quite why I love it so much. Maybe it's the realistic dialogue, believable characters, compelling storyline, or perhaps something that I just-can't-put-my-finger-on. All in all, it makes to be one hell of a show to watch.
The story follows the 1st Recon Marine force on the first-wave of the American Assault on Baghdad in 2003. You really feel like you get to know the characters, and you empathise with them. You get as angry as they do at their incompetent officers too :P
You might be thinking, 'Why should I listen to Ashley, what does he know about television?!'
Well, for those of you that do know me, you know that I really don't watch a lot of television, because the general content of it is absolute rubbish. Which makes this even more srs business, because after seeing the pilot on Sunday, I actively went out to find and watch all of the episodes. (And its only Tuesday!!)
Just go find it; torrent it, rapidshare it, I really don't care.
You need to watch it.
On another awesome note, Sophie bought me some marzipan today!!!!
Made me very very happy indeed =]
Yay for marzipan. (See blog #18)
And I know, I know. Only one picture, I normally strive for two or more. But I'm not feeling very pictureish today. Also, apologies for the shortness, I'm super tired.
Oh, and grats to Matt.
He is success.
Have a good week peoples!

#20 A special one really, since I don't blog at the weekends
So I'm sitting here, typing on this laptop, watching James kick (mostly his own team's) ass. Well, this round anyway, I mean, he's doing more damage to his own team than to the horde of zombies. He's playing Left 4 Dead btw, an awesome co-op game from Valve about, well, its not really about anything, typical zombie survival horror tbh.
James is my stepbrother for those of you who don't know, and I'm currently in Tadley, a little way from Basingstoke.
On the agenda for the weekend:
Pub
Lol, that's it, that's all there is to do in Tadley.
I reckon that the most said phrase in the country probably is :
Oh, and when I say country, I mean 'the country' as in, I've got a brand new combine 'arvester and I'll give you the key, so yeah, imagine that the tank in the picture is a tractor or something.
But my god, do they *love* like non-branded, home brewed beer here. Yesterday, for example, in a pub called 'The plough' or something, and all it seems that anyone was drinking was some dirty, behind the counter keg thing of 'Otter Ale', and I was like 'Becks please' and got shot some dirty look. But that might have been cause I was wearing my Hulk New Era cap :P
I was blates a London lad 'innit.
And now its like quarter to one, UK time, and I've basically just got back in. Guess where I went? :P
But we did go to see some of James' friends too. Was quite boring tbh, it was his mate + girlfriend, and then her sister + boyfriend. So really, just some crazy couples night in sort of thing, you know the sort, where you sit and talk about random shit that isn't really interesting, and generally do nothing. Oh, and drinking shitloads of wine seems like its par for the course. Although, not a big fan of the wine to be honest, and James was driving, so no vino for him. But to be fair, wine is an acquired tast I think, and is rather yucky on the whole.
And yes, that is a relevant picture, its the yucky wine that I didn't have.
Anyway, closing in on like 1.15am, so I'm off to sleep.
See you all when I see you =]

#19 On digging one's own grave, and other stuff (as per usual)
"Now come one come all to this tragic affair
Wipe off that makeup, what's in is despair"
Says the Gerard Wai.
And really, he's not that far off.
And lol, no, I'm not depressed.
I speak of course of my two exams in the next two days. Instead of revising, I decided that updating you all on my life would be a far better, and probably far more entertaining use of my time.
So really, I'm typing my own grave, not digging it.
And look. A fitting picture, i had to really look for this one :P
Apparently he is also, digging his own grave.
On a happier, and a lot less school related note. That party last Friday was awesome.
Had a really good time tbh. Specially when I got super duper high, and thought that the floor was so soft, that if I sat on it, it'd sorta swallow me.
The music could have been better (*cough cough*)
Oh, and props to Emily (who doesn't read my blog), and Sophie, who came with me so I didn't have to smoke on my ones.
Oh, of for those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, the party kind of looked like this:
I highly recommend that you click it for biggerness, so you can see how awesome it actually is.
It was Ellie and Cat's birthday party, for those of you who were wondering.
Oh, and by the way, started listening to Bob Marley like halfway through writing this one. I'm super chilled :P
But back to matters at hand, exams and such like.
Got English Lit tomorrow, and I'm not that prepared for it. I mean, don't get me wrong, I adore Milton's Paradise Lost, love the way it's written, and he couldn't have picked a more epic topic subject, but I know nothing about any of the critics for it, and for that, I'm probably going to be fail.
But lol, don't even get me started about psychology, I'm super fucked for that. The next day and a half are a super crash course in cramming for me :P
Anyways, peace out people. I've got Marley to listen to, and Milton critics to learn
Has a fun, k?

Oh, and

#18 On washing cars, and stuff i'd do anything for
So I went to Asda today, at the request of Sophie. She decided she wanted yummy foods, and petrol, and such. So we bought our yummy foods (which I will come to later).
Sophie also decided that her car was too dirty, having not washed it since she bought it. I did, however point out to her that it is a 1st car, and they're supposed to look like crap.
Ok, well possibly not that crap. But you get what I'm saying.
So Sophie decided to use the car wash that Asda have there, and so we went. To be honest, it was really cheap, so what the hell, (we had wash number two if I remember correctly). It took like all of possibly 3 minutes to do, which is pretty speedy in my books. Sophie also said that she wants to have sex in the time it takes to go through an automated car wash. (srsly, don't write it down, you perverts :P) I could have kindly obliged, but since I'm NOT a sex obsessed douche of a guy, I didn't. Although she does still owe me sex (see blog #9), but those 28 business days have past, so its probably void by now. I did say to her though, that it'd have to be a pretty long car wash cycle for you to actually get some decent sex. In fact, you would both have to dive onto the back seat pretty much instantly, and all you'd manage to do in three minutes is get your average guy off (assuming that all men have stamina like mice), leaving no time for yourself, and the the car wash would be done, and you'd have to drive off.
So perhaps something to do before you die.
Maybe you'd get off on the naughtiness of it all, or something.
But yeah, pre car wash, I did get some yummy food, namely;
Chocolate Eclairs
and Marzipan
I am unashamedly a fucking whore for marzipan. And those of you that don't like it (becuase I know you exsist) can just go do one. I can (and sometimes do) eat the stuff by the packet. Its just too yummy. I loves it.
And if you go to wiki, and look for marzipan, it has this really cute picture of some marzipan pigs.
Now that. I want.
Oh, and good luck to all of you who are doing exams at the moment. Hope they all go well.

But yeah, pre car wash, I did get some yummy food, namely;

#17 On my first exams (this year)
And I think my psychology went:

That being a-ok for those of you who are blind, but still can read text, but not pictures.
Which I don't think is too many of you.
So it turned out that the few things I did revise, came up. Yayyy luck!
But now, I really should start revising for my exams on the 20th and 21st, cause I kinda have a loooooooong way to go with learning stuff for those.
So I said that I'd tell you how it all went, and I have. I don't really have that much else on my mind tbh (at the moment).
Oh, aside from that I'm currently obsessed with Studio Ghibli films.
My absolute favourite being Howl's Moving Castle.
Fucking amazing stuff, I'd suggest that you'd go watch it.
Apologies for the shortness btw.
Keep safe out there people.

#16 On exams, and a thing or two
Urgh.
Janurary is a yucky time, not only is it fucking freezing (Not quite as cold as where some people live, eh Estrid :P), but I have exams too.
And exams mean a few things for me, not revising, then cramming, and often drugs (well, often drugs is pretty much on the par for me anyway lol). But yeah, last minute stressing over exams I really don't want to do, since there are lots of things I hate, one of my biggest being institutionalized learning, and of course with institutionalized learning comes standardized testing (another one of my pet hates, nothing more useless than people telling you can, or can't do something, when obviously you are the judge of that)
So yeah, exams are useless.
This useless:
But exams are not often as amusing as that.
I guess that updates will be slow(ish) for a bit, since I'll be pretending to revise and such.
That's all for now, got to go cram two units of pschology into the next two days, should be do-able I guess. I'll do another blog after my psychology retakes on thursday, and you'll know how they went by my general tone :P
Although, I may be high.
So you won't know.
And remember, take care out there, the wasteland can be a scary place.
